Others come in for just a moment. Understanding the various types of connections gives us the opportunity to make more decisions or to come to terms with what occurs between us and others. We will discuss Twin flames, soulmates, and other connections in our lives.

In this workshop you will:

• Explore your role in the lives of others
• Understand the power of choice you have within destined meetings and interactions
• Meditate on these connections in a group on Thursday

All of us experience fear, doubt, shame, and hesitation. At the same time, our intuition nudges us to move forward and make decisions! Working with tarot and oracle cards can create clarity that makes decisions around progress less challenging. You will learn:

• Spreads for gaining understanding around subjects like Karma
• How to meet your specific blocks and obstacles head on
• To create meaning around symbols and colors

At birth, your power was rooted in who you are and your abilities. As you grew, you may have embraced those abilities and aspects of yourself. The alternative is that you put those abilities away and began rejecting parts of yourself in order to fit in and receive love. As you continued to navigate your life without the fullness of who you are, control replaced your inner power and your imbalances grew. From there you may have begun to operate from a place of prevention. Over time that will have caused energy leakages and disruptions.

What if we could bring awareness to when and where you lost your power?
What if you could understand how to move through the need to control?
Would you like to create a plan for balance?
How do you engage with trust?
How would it feel to call your power back?

Each day we will unearth more and more information.
March 25th is an evening meditation to close out our work together.

THE EMBODIMENT PROJECT RETREAT (June 8th - 12th)

There are times in our lives when we have tried everything and feel like we are at a standstill with our healing process. This can bring up feelings of frustration, hopelessness, and can bring about the beginning of accepted exhaustion from just existing as we are.

You may have tried the yoga poses, the healing practices, and gotten all of the information that you could from readings. All of those practices supported your movement and healing forward. They took you as far as they could and yet it feels like there could be just a little bit further left to heal.

That little bit is your body crying out to be connected to your healing process!

Often, in order to turn that last corner of healing, you have to address the wounds, karma, and patterns trapped within the fascial structures in the body.

The Embodiment Project Retreat not only addresses these deep wounds but it takes you away to a safe mountain top for a healing environment away from the stress, hustle, and bustle of life.

 

You may have felt that there was MORE and this retreat is an opportunity to access the MORE!

From June 8th - June 12th:

This was a powerful experience last year for everyone involved! Participants were given NEW ways to access their healing and to unlock the wisdom of their bodies capped off with a ceremonial awakening of their inner voice. This year promises to bring even more healing and expansion!
