What is Reiki?

Who can benefit from a Reiki Session?

Everyone! Those wishing to:

  • increase their energy

  • seeking their spiritual path

  • those wishing to remove bondage from their lives

  • those suffering from chronic stress, anxiety, depression, fibromyalgia, and many more chronic conditions.

What does a Reiki Session Involve?

Persons receiving a Reiki treatment can expect to lay down or take a seat whichever is more comfortable. CLOTHING REMAINS ON for this experience. The client can remove their shoes if they wish.

Next, I discuss with the client if they would like me to focus on any areas of chronic pain, discomfort, or any situations in their life that may need positive/healthy energy.

It is my belief that every physical issue has a spiritual link to it. That is why Reiki works. The physical manifestation of a problem is the body's last effort to gain the individuals attention. Reiki is spiritually based and can pierce through to the heart of chronic conditions such as stress and anxiety. Reiki is most definitely not a cure all. But when used in conjunction with healthy lifestyle changes and a doctor to monitor safe progression forward, Reiki sessions can be invaluable for the receiver.

The client can keep their eyes open or closed throughout the session. At this point, the practitioner will begin scanning the client's body for any energies that feel "off" or inconsistent with healthy/positive energy.

The Reiki practitioner is attuned to certain methods, energies, and symbols designed to remove any blocks, negative, energy, and to empower areas of low energy. The Reiki sessions will continue forward moving through areas and situations that need healing.

The end of the Reiki Session

During my sessions, I gain many intuitive insights and share them with the client. I am NOT a doctor or therapist but do have referrals for such certified individuals and I am happy to share them.

How often should I come for Reiki?

The average person should consider coming back for Reiki sessions TWICE a month, sometimes more if there are deeply rooted energy blocks that need removal. The individuals should consider ONCE a month treatment to help achieve goals, improve energy levels, increase there connection to the divine, regain a sense of who they truly are, and to align themselves with their life purpose.
